Product Industrialization Manager, Falcom, GN

Help us shape how FalComs next generation of products move from concept to scalable production. As our new Product Industrialization Manager you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. You will ensure end-to-end industrialization readiness connect R&D and Operations and secure smooth quality-focused ramp-ups.

The team you will be part of
You will join FalComs Industrialization & NPI team working at the intersection of R&D Product Management Operations Quality and external manufacturing partners. We are a collaborative solution-oriented team that values structured thinking sound judgement and a practical mindset to deliver quality outcomes at scale.

Your contribution is appreciated and you will:

• Lead industrialization throughout the NPI lifecycle ensuring manufacturing readiness and smooth product ramp-up
• Act as the key link between Development Operations Quality and external partners to enable successful product launches
• Drive DFx activities optimizing manufacturability testability scalability quality cost and serviceability from early design stages
• Definition and implementation of manufacturing and test concepts for assigned products in cooperation with relevant stakeholders
• Ensure production readiness including documentation build support and continuous improvement
  

To perform well in the role we imagine that you:

• Have an engineering background with NPI/industrialization project management experience in electronics or electromechanical products
• Strong DFx manufacturing quality and risk management knowledge across the product lifecycle
• Systems thinker and able to balance technical operational quality and business requirements
• Driven by ownership and accountability ensuring readiness risk mitigation and successful product launches
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills building alignment across teams and partners
• Adaptable and improvement-oriented thriving in dynamic environments and driving continuous improvement
