As a Product Excellence Specialist youll gain exposure to product management pricing strategy customer and partner experience business systems analytics research and organizational transformation while working with a collaborative team that values continuous learning ownership and impact.

As a Product Excellence Specialist youll help turn product and commercial decisions into operational reality. Working across Product Management Finance IT Sales Operations Order Management Strategic Pricing Legal and Marketing youll coordinate product readiness pricing business systems and operational activities.

Your primary focus will be Product Excellence while also supporting broader Product Operations initiatives as business priorities evolve.

Youll:

• Drive product readiness activities for new products releases and commercial changes.
• Support pricing SKU management licensing business rules and product configuration processes.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Product Management Finance IT Sales Operations Order Management Strategic Pricing Legal and Marketing.
• Manage product and pricing updates across relevant business systems.
• Identify risks dependencies and opportunities for process improvements before they impact downstream operations.
• Create documentation internal communications and operational guidance for key stakeholders.
• Support broader Product Operations initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

We dont expect you to know Milestones products pricing structures or business systems from day one. Were looking for someone who learns quickly creates structure and enjoys working in a dynamic and complex environment.
