About the job
We are now looking for aProduct Designerto join this role you will be part of our global team responsible for designing intuitive impactful and delightful user experiences for our digital and automation products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create user-centered solutions that drive value for our customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Evolve our HMI (Human-Machine Interface) applications for Alfa Lava products.
Designing user-friendly interfaces for automation products and IoT.
Producing wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity visual designs using industry-standard tools (e.g. Figma).
Iterating on design solutions based on user feedback and usability testing.
Collaborating closely with product owners developers and engineers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
Supporting design strategy and contributing to the development and maintenance of design systems.
Participating in user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Staying up to date with UI/UX trends tools and best practices.
Actively developing both technical and soft skills with a strong focus on collaboration feedback and continuous learning.
Who are you
You are a self-motivated and versatile designer with a strong interest in creating pioneering user-centered solutions. You are creative empathetic and have strong problem-solving skills. You are comfortable working in a cross-cultural and cross-disciplinary environment. You are open-minded a team player and have a high level of attention to detail.
What you know
We believe you have:
A university degree in Product Design Industrial Design Human-Computer Interaction UX/UI Design or a related field.
5 years working with design systems or UI/UX for complex applications (industrial/HMI is a plus).
Strong Figma skills (component libraries system structuring).
Solid understanding of usability/accessibility (colour contrast touch interfaces WCAG).
Experience collaborating with developers using UI toolkits.
Proactive communicative and comfortable working in cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with industrial UI standards is a plus (ISA or similar).
