We are looking for a student to join our Global Procurement Financeteam within Asset Strategy Finance. You will support Finance Business Partners across Ocean and Logistics & Services on performance reviews planning and forecasting and investment analysis.
The role also includes working with financial models supporting audits and testing AI tools giving you hands-on exposure to real business topics. You will work 15-20 hours per week.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support monthly performance reviews annual planning and forecasting processes including preparation consolidation stakeholder alignment and analysis
- Perform ad-hoc analyses and investment evaluations for Finance Business Partners across Global Procurement Finance
- Support the validation and simplification of business processes management reports analytical tools and models (e.g. TCO)
- Support OPEX and CAPEX project audits across Ocean and Logistics & Services
- Test AI tools developed for Global Procurement
Successful candidate will:
- Be a final year Bachelors student or a first years Masters degree student in a quantitative field (e.g. economics finance statistics or accounting) in a danish university as the position is based out of Copenhagen
- Be highly analytical and enjoy working with large datasets using tools such as Excel and Power BI
- Have a solid understanding of financial statements in a global organization
- Be able to coordinate complex topics across multiple stakeholders and platforms
- Be a self-driven and collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Apply AI in practice to work smarter and improve outcomes
- Have a strong passion for learning and a high degree of curiosity
