Postdoctoral Researcher — Boundary Element Methods for Propeller Hydrodynamics
Job Summary
The Faculty of Engineering and Science Department of Mathematical Sciences Department of Mathematichal Sciences Copenhagen
At the Department of Mathematical Sciences faculty of Engineering & Science at Aalborg University we are looking for a postdoctoral researcher to join our group working on numerical methods for fluid mechanics. The position is for three years is based in Copenhagen at AAUs waterfront campus in Sydhavn and starts 1st of October or soon thereafter.
In this position you will take a leading role in developing and implementing novel computational models within a boundary element framework coupling the BEM with models for flow separation viscous drag and cavitation. There is room to shape both the project direction and your own research profile. The project involves a collaboration with the propeller specialist Everllence.
