Personal Assistant
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized proactive and motivated Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support for our Executive Leadership Team (ETL).
In this role you will join a dedicated executive administration team. You will play a key part in supporting our senior leaders helping them stay organized focused and effective in achieving businessobjectives.
About the role:
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Calendar & Email Management:Managing complex calendars scheduling priorities and supporting communication flow.
Meeting Coordination:Preparing agendas presentations and meeting materials; coordination oflogistics.
Documentation & Follow-up:Attending management meetings documenting key outcomes and ensuringtimelycompletion of action items.
Event Planning:Organizing town halls offsites team events and social gatherings.
Travel Logistics:Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements and processing expenses.
Stakeholder Relations:Acting as a key point of contact for various stakeholders across the organization and ensuring smooth coordination between teams and leadership.
About you:
The ideal candidate is a service-oriented professional who can anticipate needs manage multiple priorities and maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications & Experience:
35 years of experience as a Personal Assistant Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
Language Skills: Full professionalproficiencyin Danish and excellent English (both written and spoken).
Tools: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook PowerPoint Teams Excel).
Skills: Strong organizational abilities professional maturity and excellent stakeholder management skills.
Mindset: Ability to work independently a positive can-do attitude and a solution-oriented approach.
