Job Summary

In Combineering you can make a true difference. Handling both the routine transports and the new startup a heavily regulated complex transport niche.

You will be working closely with both Sales Finance Legal & Compliance your team itself and your team leader colleague. Delivering customer service and profitability. While optimising the supply chain following our ISO requirements making sure invoices are issued and paid. You will be end-to-end contributions responsible.

Your role will be partly hands on logistics solutions but also to a large degree coordinating reporting developing purchasing transport and problem solving. A great career step for an experienced freight forwarding team leader who wants to switch from the seller to the buyer position.

Is this you

You will act as the operational lead for the team and support the development of employees processes and customer satisfaction while working closely with the COO and other stakeholders. You will have full departmental contribution margin responsibility and will contribute to operational performance forecasting and continuous improvement initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in the monthly closure process budgeting process and in the development of the full operational function and department in general too. All in all: So many exciting tasks growth possibilities and ways to add your fingerprint to the business development. While still being able to utilize your operational knowledge in your everyday life.

What you bring

You combine solid logistical experience and dedication with a clear customer focus a positive energy sound problem-solving skills and a hands-on operational mindset. You enjoy working in a dynamic setup where no two days look the same and where coordination communication and structure are key to success.

So to put it into bullets we would like for you to have:

an Education

especially as an educated Freight Forwarder or equivalent logistics background as a prerequisite
Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management is an advantage
Waste industry education is an advantage

lots of Experience

Experience leading or coordinating operational teams
Logistics and freight forwarding experience
Customer-facing experience
Transport (Road/Trucking) negotiation and planning is an advantage
Experience from the waste or recycling industry is an advantage

Danish and English spoken and written to perfection
Fluency in either German or Italian is a clear advantage
Strong customer service mindset
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Positive and problem-solving mindset
Structured and detail-oriented
Strong understanding of compliance and operational processes
