Management Consultant – Strategy & Performance

As a Management Consultant in Strategy & Performance you will work on high-impact strategy projects in collaboration with senior stakeholders to design and implement strategies that drive growth enable transformation and unlock deal value.

You will contribute to projects such as:

• Growth Strategy: Defining strategic priorities to drive future revenue streams.
• Commercial Excellence: Enhancing go-to-market strategies pricing and customer engagement.
• Operating Model Transformation: Build structures and processes that enable strategy execution and scalability.
• Cost & Performance Optimization: Identify and deliver measurable performance through cost and cashflow improvements.
• M&A Strategy: Support clients and investors in defining M&A strategy and identifying value creation levers.
• Due Diligence: Conduct commercial operational or technology assessments of acquisition targets.
• Carve-out & Integration: Help clients manage complex transformations and deliver synergies post-deal.

Qualifications :

We are searching for candidates with a masters degree within the fields of Finance Economic Business Engineering IT & data or similar areas. Most importantly we are interested in your analytical skills and your eagerness to learn combined with an engaged structured and curious personality.
