Job Summary
Kitchen/Office Assistant
- Simon-Kucher a global consulting company located in central Copenhagen is looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join the team
- As our Kitchen Assistant you will work closely with our Office Manager and your main responsibility will be to manage our daily lunch service which we receive from a caterer.
- On top of this you will support with ad-hoc office tasks.
- Setting up lunch buffet and cleaning up after lunch
- Making sure that dishwasher is loaded and emptied
- Keeping the kitchen and the office in general clean tidy and well stocked
- Preparing and tidying meeting rooms before and after meetings
- Welcoming clients and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks such as ordering office supplies handling post and supporting the Office Manager with day-to-day office operations.
- You have a positive attitude and enjoy helping others
- You are service-minded proactive and take initiative
- You work independently and take responsibility for your tasks
- You are organized and enjoy creating a pleasant environment for colleagues and guests
- You speak English
