YOUR ROLE AS KITCHEN MANAGER
As Kitchen Manager you are responsible for the kitchen department at your restaurant. You lead by example in the daily operations manage your team control costs and make sure quality procedures and the working environment always meet our standards.

YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead coach and motivate your kitchen team including Shift Managers and cooks

• Ensure high standards of quality and hygiene by following procedures including eSmiley audits and more

• Prepare staff schedules and arrange cover in case of illness or holidays

• Order supplies monitor stock levels and check deliveries for quality and quantity

• Keep kitchen costs and food waste within the agreed budget and targets

• Ensure recipes are followed and ingredients are prepared and ready for service

• Train and develop your team to help them perform at their best

• Follow up on cleaning tasks and maintain a high standard throughout the kitchen

• Communicate clearly with restaurant management and front-of-house staff

• You have experience working as part of a kitchen team in the restaurant industry

• You have leadership experience - or naturally take responsibility and lead by example

• You have a strong focus on quality and always strive for the highest standards

• You are a team player with strong communication skills

• You thrive in a busy and dynamic environment

WHAT WE OFFER

• Hourly wage: 165-190 kr depending on qualifications and experience
