About the role ǀ Junior IT Contract Manager

In the Contract and Vendor Management team we support the Business IT and Digitalisation (BID) organization by managing the execution of large strategic contracts by ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and deliverables managing changes and issues in service delivery and drives value through structured governance datadriven insights and proactive vendor and stakeholder engagement as well as operating BIDs setup for hiring and managing consultants.

As a Junior IT Contract Manager your key responsibilities will be:

• Prepare and follow up on Delivery & Obligation tracking.
• Perform contract interpretation and advisory
• Support sourcing of consultants incl. stakeholder dialogue
• Drive on- and offboarding of consultants
• Prepare reporting and analytics and visualizations in Excel or Power BI
• Assist in quality assuring supplier and contract data
• Document workflows and update process descriptions
• Test and document new digital solutions and system functions

In all you will take part in ensuring the performance of Trygs large strategic contracts and thereby contribute to the realization of Trygs IT Strategy.

The position is 15 hours a week and we offer flexible working hours so that you can combine the job with your studies. The position is physically at our office in Ballerup. If necessary homework days can be arranged.

As you will be working alongside your colleagues in the team and engage with stakeholders and vendors we value a team player and someone who thrives in creating strong relationships.

Key qualifications:

• Last year of your bachelor or studying your masters.
• Studying law business administration and commercial law or similar.
• Electives in Contract Management Contract Law or similar subjects.
• Interest in IT and digitization.
• Understanding of communication and stakeholder management.
