On behalf of a Copenhagen-based MiCA-licensed company providing fiat on/off-ramp and crypto payment solutions since 2014 we are looking for an experienced Interim Senior Operations Analyst to own the core opera-tional processes across treasury transaction monitoring and cross-functional operations working across both fiat and cryptocurrency.

This is a hands-on interim role with real ownership based on-site at the companys Copenhagen office for a minimum of 3 months with the possibility of extension. You will thrive here if you like building structure where it is missing and spotting the inefficiencies others overlook.

The job can be performed partly remotely

Your key responsibilities:

Treasury & liquidity management

Manage treasury activities end-to-end across fiat and cryptocurrency including payment cycles and liquidity risk with a focus on minimizing exposure to price volatility

Monitor liquidity positions and ensure operational accounts are sufficiently funded

Forecast short- and long-term cash and crypto flows together with the Finance team

Ensure timely and accurate movement of funds across banks part-ners and platforms

Transaction monitoring & operations

Oversee transaction monitoring across fiat and crypto flows identifying inefficiencies and driving process improvements

Coordinate information requests issue resolution and stakeholder alignment internally and externally

Support onboarding of new partners and payment providers OTC trading and bank and liquidity reconciliations

Collaborate with the Compliance Finance Technology and Support teams on cases and process improvement

A bit about you:

Experience in financial operations treasury or crypto operations

Strong analytical organizational and communication skills with a high level of attention to detail

A proactive structured and solution-oriented mindset

High proficiency in spoken and written English

It would be an advantage if you also have:

Experience with liquidity or risk management within fintech or crypto-currency

Familiarity with transaction monitoring tools banks payment institutions or crypto exchanges

Experience with data analysis or SQL

A strong interest in blockchain technology and the crypto economy
