For our client a global business legal and financial services company we are looking for two Interim Payroll Consultants.
You will be a vital part of the Danish Payroll team providing best-in-class payroll solutions and services the international clients.
The Position
The position reports to Payroll Manager for Denmark. You will be part of the Payroll & HR team which consists of 8 highly skilled and motivated col-leagues with diverse expertise.

The Position
The position reports to Payroll Manager for Denmark. You will be part of the Payroll & HR team which consists of 8 highly skilled and motivated col-leagues with diverse expertise.
Your tasks include:
- End-to-end payroll administration for a portfolio of clients
- Processing and quality assurance of payroll data
- Handling payslips and supporting salary payments
- Reconciliations and reporting
- Ensuring compliance with deadlines and legal requirements
- Acting as a key contact and advisor to clients on payroll matters
- Supporting HR-related areas such as pensions sick leave and reimbursements
- Taking an active role in mentoring and supporting junior colleagues
- Identifying and driving improvements in processes systems and workflows
- Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders across functions
You are an experienced payroll interim professional who thrives in a role com-bining operational responsibility client interaction and specialist expertise.
Have 5 years of experience with multi-client payroll ideally from outsourcing shared services or consulting.
Have strong knowledge of Danish payroll and labour market regulations.
Fluent in oral and written Danish and English
It is an advantage if you have experience with international clients Epos and strong Excel skills.
