HV Lead OR

Were seeking an experienced High Voltage Electrical OR Lead to act as the Owners Representative on major grid-connection and Data Centre project based in Fredericia Denmark. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of high-voltage civil works utility/grid interface experience and the ability to manage contractors ensure compliance and represent the clients interests throughout design and construction. 

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end HV substation design from concept studies Grid Connection Agreements FEED (Front End Engineering Design) to detailed design.

Define interfaces between incoming HV infrastructure and internal facility power systems (Generators UPS MSBs and switchgear).

Direct the commissioning process oversee Senior Authorised Person (SAP) switching protocols and manage Integrated Systems Testing (IST).

Oversee HV civil engineering packages for grid-connection projects

Act as the clients on-site representative with TSOs/DSOs EPCs and contractors

Review designs method statements and construction drawings

Ensure regulatory compliance safety standards and quality assurance

Manage project risks change control and progress reporting

Qualifications :

Strong background in HV substations transmission/distribution projects or grid-related civil works

Experience acting in an Owners Engineer/Owners Representative capacity

Construction sector experience ideally within a Data Centre environment

Exposure to large scale complex projects collaborating effectively and directly with client

Excellent stakeholder management
