What the job is

For our team in Copenhagen we are looking for an experienced HR professional in project management and process improvement for Satair this role your main mission is to design optimize and implement scalable structures workflows and HR processes that set our organization up for long-term success. You will bridge the gap between corporate-level strategy and local execution. The core challenge of this role lies in creating innovative efficient processes that align with global group guidelines and industry best practices.

To thrive in this role you must bring a broad and deep understanding of modern HR operations practices and tools combined with the creative drive and hands-on determination to turn concepts into reality. You are a structured thinker who excels at navigating complex stakeholder landscapes ensuring that all parties are aligned and engaged throughout the transformation journey.

These are the most important tasks in the role:

  • Core HR Expertise: Use and share your expertise on state-of-the-art practices in payroll time management and HR administration

  • Process Analysis & Optimization: Dive deep into existing HR workflows to understand current pain points identify inefficiencies and map out optimized future-ready processes.

  • Structure & Implementation: Design build and successfully roll out new HR structures and tools ensuring a smooth transition and sustainable adoption across the organization.

  • Project Management: Lead HR projects from inception to completion managing timelines deliverables and resource allocation with a highly structured methodology.

  • Corporate Alignment: Act as the strategic link to the corporate group translating global guidelines and best practices into tailored compliant local HR solutions.

  • Stakeholder Management: Proactively engage with various internal and external national and international stakeholders and champion a culture of continuous improvement.

Beyond these tasks you will:

  • Support the Satair Copenhagen HR team on multiple improvement campaigns and projects

  • Act as local HR Data Quality Focal Point

  • Be the focal point on local HR communication incl. Hub Posts gSite maintenance preparation of presentations (Site Talk Leadership Forum)

How you will contribute to the team

You have a masters degree in HR or business administration and solid professional experience in HR project management process design or a similar HR transformation role backed by a strong foundation in modern HR practices in HR administration (payroll and time management) and digital tools.

Your Professional Skills include:

  • Structured Thinking: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to break down complex organizational challenges into clear logical and actionable project steps.

  • Creativity & Drive: A proactive solutions-oriented mindset with the creativity to design new ways of working and the can-do-attitude to bring them to life.

  • Language Skills: Business-fluent English (both written and spoken) is required as you will be operating within a corporate group context. Danish language skills will be a plus.

  • Education: You have a Bachelors degree or similar education with a minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic HR.

Your Personal & Interpersonal Skills:

  • Creative drive and hands-on determination structured thinking business drive willingness to contribute to Satair growth ability to work in complex / evolving environments self-organizer with very good team and communication skills

  • Entrepreneurial mindset proactivity and courage to challenge the status quo.

  • Good Stakeholder Management and outstanding interpersonal skills
