Reporting to the Head of HR Germany & Nordics youll be the essential connection between our business needs and our employees success in Bureau Veritas Denmark.

In collaboration with a dedicated local HR team with one other HR Business Partner one HR Administrator and a Pay Roll Specialist you provide outstanding support throughout the employee lifecycle and during key annual HR initiatives.

What Were Looking For

We seek an HR Business Partner with a proactive problem-solving mindset who thrives both independently and collaboratively. You should excel at seeing the bigger picture synthesizing diverse perspectives and working effectively across cultures.

Essential Qualifications:

• 57 years of HR Business Partner experience in an international environment
• In-depth knowledge of Danish labour law
• Strong experience in recruitment and assessment
• A good understading of driving the yearly HR processes
• Positive mindset with a results-driven approach
• Can-do attitude and ownership mentality
• Fluent in Danish and English
