ProfilHotels Mercur is centrally located in Copenhagen and has 119 rooms. You will become part of a dedicated housekeeping team that works closely together to ensure that our guests always arrive at clean and welcoming rooms.

The position is primarily as a housekeeping assistant. On selected shifts you will also take on supervisor responsibilities. You will receive a supervisor supplement for the hours during which you perform this role.

As a housekeeping assistant your tasks will include:

• Cleaning and preparing guest rooms for arrivals
• Ensuring that rooms meet the hotels quality and cleanliness standards
• Reporting maintenance issues and lost property
• Helping to create a welcoming experience for our guests
• Assisting in the breakfast restaurant when needed and if interested

When working as supervisor your responsibilities will also include:

• Coordinating and supporting the housekeeping team during the shift
• Distributing rooms and daily tasks
• Checking rooms and ensuring that quality standards are met
• Supporting and guiding colleagues throughout the day
• Communicating with reception and other hotel departments
• Following up on changes special requests and operational challenges

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience with cleaning preferably from a hotel or the service industry
• Is responsible reliable and well organised
• Is comfortable taking responsibility and supporting colleagues
• Has an eye for detail and takes pride in delivering high-quality work
• Contributes positively to a good working atmosphere
• Is open to new procedures and ideas
• Can communicate in English or a Scandinavian language

Previous supervisor experience is an advantage but your attitude reliability and ability to support the team are equally important.
