Join our Group HR team at Netcompanys HQ in Copenhagen working with senior international stakeholders. Youll be part of a dynamic HR function and report directly to the Chief People Officer. Our global HR organization is central to the business driving the people and culture agenda that underpins our success.
As Head of People Strategy & Analytics you will lead our People Strategy & Analytics function and manage a high-performing team of three specialists. You will be responsible for driving the strategic people agenda through data analytics and executive communication. Working closely with the Chief People Officer you will transform complex analyses strategic initiatives and people insights into clear concepts compelling narratives and decision-making material for Group Leadership and the Board of Directors.
Responsibilities
In this role you will combine strategic thinking with analytical capabilities to shape and communicate our global people agenda. As Head of People Strategy & Analytics you will be responsible for:
Leading and developing the People Strategy & Analytics team.
Driving the People Strategy agenda in close collaboration with the Chief People Officer.
Translating complex strategic initiatives people data and analyses into clear concepts and executive-level presentations for Group Leadership and the Board of Directors.
Owning the governance quality and reporting of global people data across HR systems and Centers of Excellence.
Partnering with global CoE leads to translate business needs and strategic priorities into scalable people initiatives and actionable recommendations.
About you
You have experience from a strategic role within HR People Strategy Management Consulting or People Analytics. Furthermore you:
Bring advanced analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and executive-level communication.
Demonstrate high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) is a plus.
Think strategically and conceptually while maintaining a strong focus on execution.
Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders including senior executives and board-level audiences.
Are proactive change-oriented and motivated to make a positive impact in a fast-paced environment.
