Head of Digital Trust & Security

Help leading organisations strengthen trust resilience and security while shaping a growing consulting practice

As Head of Digital Trust & Security you will lead and grow our security consulting capability in Denmark. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior clients shape high-quality solutions and contribute across the full client lifecycle from proposition and pre-sales through delivery and follow-on opportunities.

In this role you will:

• Lead client engagements that transform cybersecurity security architecture and operational resilience while reducing business and technology risk.
• Shape and operationalise cybersecurity data protection and governance risk and compliance strategies including target operating models and organisational development.
• Advise boards and CxOs through maturity assessments benchmarking threat modelling and risk-based transformation roadmaps.
• Develop and deliver propositions spanning cloud security secure digital workplace DevSecOps and IT/OT security.
• Grow the practice by raising delivery quality developing consultants and contributing to pre-sales client relationships and follow-on opportunities.

• Leadership experience in cybersecurity consulting with the credibility to advise senior stakeholders and influence board and CxO audiences.
• Strong experience in one or more cybersecurity domains such as security and risk management architecture IAM security operations assessment and testing or software security.
• Practical knowledge of recognised frameworks and regulation including NIST CSF ISO 27001 CIS Controls and GDPR.
• A track record of building propositions and delivering client outcomes combined with clear communication commercial judgement and a collaborative leadership style.

Relevant certifications such as CISSP CISM or CompTIA Security are meriting but not required.
