Job Summary
- Lead and develop Chartering Operations teams across locations
- Ensure safe compliant and efficient fleet operations
- Strengthen governance processes and ways of working
- Drive accountability collaboration and capability development
- Drivereliability safety and operational performanceof the TC fleet
- Lead escalations across technical compliance and network impacts
- Ensure structured follow-up on incidents and recurring challenges
- Support cross-functional performance improvement initiatives
- Manage relationships withOwners Managers and internal stakeholders
- Lead operational and performance discussions with partners
- Represent Chartering Operations in cross-functional forums
- Drive solution-oriented handling of disruptions and escalations
- Strengthenperformance governance and reporting frameworks
- Enabledata-driven decision-makingacross operations
- Support insights for reliability energy and compliance performance
- Align reporting structures systems and methodologies
- Drive initiatives to improvegovernance reliability and performance
