Graduate Management Consultant within Strategy & Commercial

Are you ready to start your career in management consulting At Implement Consulting Group were looking for motivated and skilled graduates to join our Strategy & Commercial teams from August/September 2027 or beginning of 2028.

What youll do

As a graduate in our Strategy & Commercial business area youll work across a wide range of topics industries and client challenges. Some projects centre on corporate strategy and M&A others on commercial transformation or large-scale execution programmes. What they have in common is the goal: helping organisations figure out where to compete how to win and how to turn ambition into results.

Within the Strategy & Commercial teams we work with functional areas such as:

• Corporate and business strategy
• M&A and value creation
• Sales and marketing effectiveness
• Growth pricing and go-to-market strategy
• Strategic execution and transformation
• Project and programme management

In whichever of these areas you join youll engage in the core work of a management consultant: conducting analyses developing business cases facilitating workshops and helping clients design and implement solutions that create measurable impact.

Youll join one of our Strategy & Commercial teams and contribute to projects that shape how organisations transform in an increasingly complex business environment. Which team youll join will depend on and reflect your interests and professional experience.

What youll bring

Were looking for talented individuals currently pursuing (or already holding) a relevant masters degree with analytical capabilities and a genuine interest in solving complex business challenges.

You thrive in a collaborative environment communicate clearly and effectively and enjoy taking ownership and responsibility from day one. Most importantly youre curious and motivated to develop as a consultant while creating meaningful impact for our clients.
