Graduate Management Consultant within Public

Are you ready to start your career in management consulting At Implement Consulting Group were looking for motivated and skilled graduates to join our Public teams from August/September 2027 or beginning of 2028.

What youll do

As a graduate in our Public business area youll work on transformation projects specifically for public sector organisations and the structural challenges society faces. Some projects centre on large-scale societal and structural transformation others on public sector digitalisation procurement or operational optimisation and redesign within public institutions. What ties them together is close partnerships with both public and private stakeholders to turn structural challenges into lasting solutions.

Within the Public teams we work with functional areas such as:

• Societal and structural transformation
• Public sector digitalisation and IT transformation
• Public procurement and contracting
• Public sector programme and project governance
• Operational and process design for public organisations
• Data analysis and evidence-based decision support

In whichever of these areas you join youll engage in the core work of a management consultant: building and analysing large datasets combining quantitative evidence with qualitative insight from interviews observations and stakeholder dialogue developing business cases facilitating workshops and helping clients design and implement solutions that create measurable impact.

Youll join one of our Public teams and contribute to projects that shape how organisations work adapt and grow in an increasingly complex public sector landscape.

What youll bring

Were looking for talented individuals currently pursuing (or already holding) a relevant masters degree with analytical capabilities and a genuine interest in solving complex business challenges.
