Graduate Management Consultant within Finance & Economics

Are you ready to start your career in management consulting At Implement Consulting Group were looking for motivated and skilled graduates to join our Finance & Economics teams from August/September 2027 or beginning of 2028.

What youll do

As a graduate in our Finance & Economics business area youll work across finance risk and economic policy. Some projects centre on CFO advisory and finance transformation others on risk and compliance or economic and regulatory analysis for both private and public sector clients. What ties them together is turning complex financial and economic questions into decisions organisations can act on.

Within our Finance & Economics teams we work with functional areas such as:

• CFO advisory
• Finance transformation and process optimisation
• Risk governance and compliance
• Economic analysis and policy advisory
• Competition trade and regulatory economics

In whichever of these areas you join youll engage in the core work of a management consultant: conducting analyses developing business cases facilitating workshops and helping clients design and implement solutions that create measurable impact.

You will join one of our Finance & Economics teams and contribute to projects that shape how organisations work adapt and grow in an increasingly complex financial regulatory and economic environment.

What youll bring

Were looking for talented individuals currently pursuing (or already holding) a relevant masters degree with analytical capabilities and a genuine interest in solving complex business challenges.

You thrive in a collaborative environment communicate clearly and effectively and enjoy taking ownership and responsibility from day one. Most importantly you are curious and motivated to develop as a consultant while creating meaningful impact for clients.
