Global Head of FinOps MPL

We are looking for aGlobal Head of FinOpsto join Maersk Project Logistics (MPL) supporting the continued evolution of our global operating model.

MPL operates in a complex and fast-moving environment delivering tailoredlogisticssolutions for oversized andspecialisedcargo. As a result our financial processes today are highly diverse across regions with opportunities to improve consistency accuracy and efficiency.

This role will play a key part in bringing structurestandardisation and visibility to our global financial operations.

Whatyoullbe doing

• Drive globalstandardisationof financial operational processes

• Improve financial data quality reconciliation and reporting accuracy

• Identifyand reduce backlogs inefficiencies and manual work

• Translate data into clear insights and actionable improvements

• Partner closely with:

• Regional FinOps teams

• Finance stakeholders (controllers business partners)

• Operations teams across MPL

• Support the transition of activities to our GSC teams

Whatwerelooking for

• Strong background in finance or financial operations

• Experience working with data reporting and performance insights

• Proventrack recordin process improvement or operational excellence

• Ability to navigate complexity and drive change across a matrixorganisation

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills

**Experience inlogisticsor forwarding is beneficial but not.
