Job Summary

As a Transformation Manager you will lead large complex engagements for some of the worlds biggest organizations. You will identify design and implement creative business and technology solutions aimed at driving operational effectiveness cost efficiencies and organizational this role you will architect strategies and transformation programs that will enable process excellence and value creation by optimizing day-to-day operational finance functions using lean methodology in end-to-end process areas such as order to cash procure to pay close consolidation reporting. You will be responsible for leading business model transformations and cultivating enterprise agility to ensure transformations are anchored in and unlock value.

In this role you will make an impact by:

  • Leading Project Delivery
    • Driving large scale transformations complex and cross functional engagements
    • Advising clients on process re-engineering and process optimization to support enterprise-wide decision-making improve finance operations and strengthen stakeholder management
    • Lead the technology solution design and implementation ensuring high quality adhering to the timelines and defined budget
  • Engaging in Executive- Level Interactions
    • Partner with C-level executives to address strategic objectives and challenges.
    • Present actionable strategies in clear compelling terms.
  • Driving Business Development 
    • Lead RFPs/ proposal preparation by collaborating across competencies/ alliances/ service lines.
    • Cultivate and nurture client relationships beyond project delivery exploring avenues for repeat business.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Build and maintain strong connections with CXOs across various sectors.
  • Project Financials
    • Manage budgets and financial performance for your projects.
  • Mentorship and Team Culture-
    • Mentor and guide a team of consultants fostering a positive and collaborative culture.
    • Encourage professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications :

Ideally you have:

  • Around 6-9 years of relevant experience in finance transformation finance process excellence GBS Shared Services and/or BPO sector
  • 4 years of Direct people management experience
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university
  • Fluency in Danish is a big plus

What you bring to the team:

  • Experience with process excellence including but not limited to end-to-end process areas such as order to cash procure to pay close consolidation reporting
  • Knowledge of GBS lifecycle and able to run projects in it as a Project Manager
  • Experience with enabling technologies in core finance processes (e.g. Basware HighRadius BlackLine etc.)
  • Experience in using tools for process mining visualization tools Robotics Process Automation (RPA) and understanding of GenAI opportunities in driving transformation
  • Strong process expertise in transforming and optimizing day-to-day operational functions (e.g. finance HR) using lean methodology
  • Experience in designing leading practice-based processes and driving the entire journey from assessment design to implementation
  • Superior critical thinking analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal team-building and oral and written communication skills; outstanding integrity initiative creativity and passion
  • Experience with ServiceNow Salesforce or other customer-oriented workflow platforms
  • Baseline understanding and position on the current and future applications of Artificial Intelligence in GBS
