The Role

Were seeking a talented Functional Product Owner passionate about crafting exceptional customer experiences to join our dynamic team and shape the future of our Order Management processes. Youll be instrumental in creating seamless experiences for our customers by driving innovation and optimization within our booking processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams interact with leadership at various levels & influence strategic decisions and make a tangible impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities

Process Excellence:

  • Define create and implement global order management processes (L4 & L5) aligned with our product catalog.
  • Develop comprehensive training materials and drive training initiatives to ensure operational excellence.
  • Analyze business needs and translate them into effective tech solutions integrating processes and systems seamlessly.

Optimization & Governance:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize core business processes enhancing efficiency and the overall customer journey.
  • Establish and oversee global operational standards policies and performance metrics to guarantee compliance and quality.
  • Manage documentation and knowledge-sharing platforms to support system usage and continuous improvement.

Strategic Leadership:

  • Drive digital transformation and automation initiatives to elevate the customer experience and streamline operations.
  • Partner with the Business Product Owner to address strategic geographic and legal order management requirements.

Outcome Delivery & Collaboration:

  • Drive user acceptance testing and secure sign-off on new functionalities ensuring global adoption before release.
  • Maintain a prioritized backlog of business requirements to support platform development while building and guiding a global community of subject matter experts for ongoing innovation.

Business Continuity:

  • Develop and implement robust manual and contingency processes for frontline teams and Global Service Centers.

What Were Looking For

We are seeking a collaborative and highly motivated person with a strong blend of business acumen and technical expertise. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.

Your passion for innovation and customer-centricity will be key to your success in this role.

  • Proven Experience: 7 years of logistics/ supply chain experience particularly with LnS products within a global matrix organization. Strong understanding of Landside products and associated processes is a must have.
  • Project & Change Management Expertise: Proven ability to co-ordinate cross-functional and remote teams with strong project and change management skills. Experience driving change in a dynamic global environment.
  • Strategic Thinker: Experience working across multiple geographies with the ability to connect operational details to long-term strategic objectives.
  • Strong Communicator & Collaborator: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to influence stakeholders and build strong relationships.
  • Agile & Adaptable: Ability to thrive in an agile environment manage competing priorities and collaborate effectively within a global team.
