Finnish-speaking Business Operations Specialist

As a Business Operations Specialist you will be an important part of our Nordic Business Operations team ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while continuously looking for opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating operational topics across customers Sales Logistics warehouses and external service providers ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and the customer experience remains strong.
• Supporting and improving business processes related to campaigns supply chain activities product returns and customer communication while ensuring alignment with internal policies and procedures.
• Serving as a key user and expert in SAP and other business systems.
• Managing internal and external reporting keeping process documentation up to date and supporting process improvements.

Qualifications :

To succeed in this role you have:

• A Bachelors degree in a relevant field or 3-4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Advanced Excel skills. Experience with SAP and Process Mining is an advantage.
• A strong interest in technology and business systems together with the motivation to further develop your knowledge of ERP CRM e-commerce and related systems.
• A customer-oriented approach combined with strong commercial awareness and an understanding of business needs.
• Fluency in Finnish is essential for this role.
