You will work closely with clients on complex high-impact engagements where your insights and capabilities will drive real results. You are analytically strong and comfortable working with complex data and problem-solving using AI-enabled tools to enhance analysis and insight generation. You bring a structured and pragmatic approach combined with strong business understanding and attention to detail.

You thrive in fast-paced environments and can manage ambiguity while maintaining focus on delivering high-quality outcomes. At the same time you communicate clearly and confidently translating complexity into actionable insights for both clients and colleagues.

You bring experience from client-facing or in-house roles across M&A execution (pre- and/or post-deal) and operational delivery for example:

• Product and technology diligence
  • Assessment of the product portfolio and roadmap together with the underlying technology and R&D setup to evaluate commercial attractiveness/value creation potential
• IT diligence
  • Evaluating the IT environments from strategy to costs to identify risks and opportunities and to inform the investment case
• Technology integration and separation
  • Leading technology workstreams from strategy to execution/operationalization
• Digital value creation
  • Assessing digital and AI-driven value creation opportunities and implications for the deal theses and post-deal value capture

As a Senior Consultant you will work across a range of M&A engagements spanning M&A strategy operational diligence as well as value creation and deal management. You are passionate about the operational aspects of M&A thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments and build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Conducting operational due diligence/value creation analysis
• Managing and driving workstreams across pre- and post-deal engagements
• Supporting business development through pitch content proposals and client conversations

As our new colleague you bring 3-6 years of experience from strategy and M&A consulting or industry experience. You bring an inclusive approach building strong relationships with both clients and colleagues and are a strong communicator who can translate complex ideas into clear and actionable insights.
