What youll be doing:

• Welcome guests with a warm no-nonsense approach setting the tone for a relaxed evening
• Set up restock and maintain a fresh appealing evening buffet according to Comfort manuals and food safety guidelines
• Keep the dining area clean tidy and buzzing with welcoming energy working closely with colleagues to maintain Comforts effortless urban vibe
• Clear tables quickly manage dishwashing and ensure the buffet line is constantly topped up during service hours
• Assist guests with basic questions about food options and entry check-ins
• Work hours will be according to schedule with shifts between 15.00-00.00 and will include weekends and holidays.
