What youll do

• Serve as the primary Cytiva solutions provider for all diagnostic application needs within the assigned territory representing the company with professionalism and deep customer understanding.

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan in partnership with Cytiva colleagues and distribution partners to drive annual account growth and expand market presence.

• Own accurate and timely sales forecasting and pipeline management in CRM while achieving quarterly and annual operating plans and driving customer satisfaction and retention.

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities including marketinggenerated leads while leading pricing negotiations and supporting complex strategic deal development.

• Collaborate closely with customer R&D and technical teams alongside internal R&D FAS and Product partners to deliver optimal solutions that accelerate customer success.

Who you are

• A bachelors degree in the Life Sciences field in biology biochemistry immunology or molecular biology.

• 5 years of commercial experience preferably in the Life Sciences with magnetic beads lateral flow membrane-based applications or Next Generation Sequencing.

• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders & to work collaboratively across functions and geographies to drive execution.

• Good analytical skills as well as experience with sales tools such as .

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to present technical presentations and training. Ability to coordinate lead and influence internal and external teams.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• QlikSense or CRM system like

• Masters or Ph.D. degree in biology biochemistry immunology or molecular biology.

Travel Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Must have a valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record

• Ability to travel up to 50% travel within territory.
