As a Data Management Specialist you will help strengthen howteams across Ifwork with information and data in their day-to-day activities. Working closely with colleagues from both business and technology you will support initiatives that improve collaboration create transparency and help teams make better decisions.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys learning working with people and turning complex topics into practical solutions.Youdontneed prior experience within Data Management but you should have a genuine interest in data and curiosity about how it can support better decisions processes and business outcomes.

About the role

As a Data Management Specialist you will work closely with colleagues across the business and IT to support initiatives that help teams gain better insight into their information processes and ways of working.

You will contribute to projectsfacilitatediscussions and help createstructurearound complex topics. Success in this role is less about having deep technical knowledge and more about being curious collaborative and eager to learn.

Keyresponsibilities include:

  • Support initiatives that help teamsimprove howtheywork with information and data.

  • Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders across the organization.

  • Help document and create transparency around important business information and processes.

  • Collaborate with colleagues fromdifferent functionstoidentifyopportunities for improvement.

  • Turn complex topics into practical guidance that teams can use in their daily work.

  • Supportchangeinitiatives by helping people adopt new ways of working.

  • Continuously learn aboutthe businessand explore new ways to create value through better use of information and data.

You will join our Data Management team part of our Data & Digital Enablement organization. We work across the company to help business and technology teams unlock the full value of data.

Data is at the heart of everything we do. It enables better customerexperience smarter business decisions more efficient operations and helps us meet the regulatory requirements expected of a leading insurance company. Our role is to ensure that data can be trusted understood and used effectively across the organization.

We work closely with colleagues across business andtechnologyto improve how data is managed shared andutilized. Whether supporting transformation initiatives introducing new ways of working or helping teams solve practical challenges we focus on enabling the business to make the most of one of its most valuable assets.

Who are you

You might be a recent graduate early in your professional career or looking for a new direction.Previousexperience within Data Management is not. We are looking for someone with the right mindset and willingness to learn.

  • Fluent in English.
