We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join us as a Data Center Technician HVAC in Denmark. If youre passionate about refrigeration and have a proven track record in the field we invite you to apply!
The Data Center Technician HVAC plays a critical role in delivering highquality service maintenance and technical expertise within data centers and other missioncritical environments. Serving as a primary technical contact for customers this role ensures exceptional system performance by diagnosing and resolving complex issues commissioning and starting up advanced HVAC systems and executing preventive and corrective maintenance with precision. Leveraging deep knowledge of airconditioning theory thermal dynamics mechanical layouts and system integration the Data Center Technician HVAC supports both new facility installations and existing site retrofits collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless operations.
What you will do
- Coordinate with service leaders/project managers and customers to precisely understand requirements for all on-site installation and repairs by forecasting issues gathering materials and synchronizing on-site work.
- Represent the company by serving as the direct customer contact and take responsibility for products and equipment on assigned projects ensuring customer satisfaction by identifying diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems at customers location.
- Use cutting edge software and technology along with a variety of hand-tools following blueprints or engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units.
- Display team effort and dedication to customers by maintaining flexibility to work overtime and weekends as the business requires including occasional overnight stays.
- Work closely with Data Center partners in high stress situations to eliminate downtime.
- Provide coaching and training to less experienced technicians as required.
- Continually enforce safety to the highest standards and maintain security and accountability of company issued and procured assets by recording use wear and conditions.
What you will bring
- Ability to perform all work in the service and maintenance field on all major types of equipment.
- Work under limited supervision.
- This role requires around 5 years of relevant experience in refrigeration or HVAC technology or equivalent combination of education (Technical School) and experience.
- European F-gas certificate.
- Able to drive and work in Denmark.
- Strong ability to work flexibly across multiple locations.
- Excellent written and oral communication in English.
- Good laptop experience is preferred.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally and leading by example through adhering to the leadership principles.
