Position: Bilingual Danish STEM Expert (PhD) AI Safety
Type: Contract
Compensation: $61$65/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

Write expert-level prompts in Danish across specialized scientific topics.
Evaluate and annotate model responses for scientific accuracy helpfulness and appropriate handling of sensitive content.
Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.
Ensure AI model safety by leveraging your scientific expertise in Danish technical topics.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

PhD in chemistry biology or a closely related field.
Native or near-native fluency in Danish and business-level written English.
Deep familiarity with modern laboratory and computational techniques.
Sound judgment around scientific safety and responsible handling of dual-use information.

Preferred

Based in Denmark or the wider Western Europe region.
Expertise in radiochemistry nuclear chemistry energetic materials or radiation physics.
Depth in a specific subfield like organic or inorganic synthesis molecular biology microbiology virology or genetics.
Experience with chemical safety and security biosafety and biosecurity or hazardous-materials handling.
Experience reviewing grading or red-teaming technical content.
