Compensation, Benefits & Rewards Specialist

Do you want to combine reward expertise analytical problem-solving and stakeholder influence As our Compensation & Benefits Specialist you will help set the direction for compensation and benefits across Deloitte Denmarkfrom the annual salary review and market benchmarking to pay equity pay transparency and benefits governance. 

In this role you will work closely with HR Finance and business leaders to manage compensation processes develop insights and continuously improve our rewards framework. You will have the opportunity to influence decisions while supporting compliance with evolving pay transparency and pay equity requirements. 

In this role you will make an impact by: 

• Contributing to Deloittes annual salary review process and supporting data-driven compensation decisions across the firm. 

• Driving implementation and ongoing development of pay equity and pay transparency practices in line with regulatory requirements. 

• Maintaining salary bands job architecture and reward frameworks to support consistency and fairness across the organization. 

• Conducting market benchmarking and compensation analyses to support competitive positioning and talent attraction. 

• Managing employee benefits supplier relationships and reward governance while developing analyses for strategic decision-making.  

Qualifications :

You enjoy working in an analytical and stakeholder-focused role and are motivated by turning complex data into actionable insights. You combine business understanding with an interest in creating fair and effective reward practices. 

What you bring to the team: 

• 3-5 years of experience working with compensation benefits rewards or people analytics.  

• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data reporting and benchmarking. 

• Understanding of pay transparency pay equity or broader reward regulations.  

• Ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders across different levels of the organization. 

• A structured and proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
