How does your working day look like

This is how youll make our kitchen something special:

• Youll prepare and present dishes that live up to NENIs high culinary standards while delivering memorable dining experiences for our guests.
• Youll ensure smooth kitchen operations by keeping workflows efficient maintaining a clean and organised kitchen and working closely with your colleagues - even when the ticket queue is long.
• Youll contribute to a positive and supportive team culture where everyone works together to deliver outstanding service.
• Youll take ownership of food quality consistency and presentation making sure every plate leaving the kitchen reflects our standards.
• Youll actively participate in service prep mise en place and all other daily kitchen operations.
• Youll work flexible shifts including evenings weekends and holidays depending on the business needs.

Qualifications :

Your personality counts more than your CV

• Youre a trained chef with experience from a busy à la carte restaurant or hotel kitchen - preferably with breakfast experience
• You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality.
• Youre passionate about food quality and creating great guest experiences.
• You take responsibility stay organised and keep a cool head during busy services.
• Youre a true team player who communicates openly and enjoys helping colleagues succeed.
• You speak English well enough to communicate with your team.
