Business Operations Specialist
Job Summary
As a Business Operations Specialist you will play a key role in supporting our business operations and ensuring excellent customer service across the Nordic region. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and maintaining the customer portfolio in SAP in close collaboration with Sales Customers Logistics Finance and Customer Service.
- Optimizing business processes such as campaigns supply chain activities product returns and customer communication while ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Working closely with the Nordic Sales organization and acting as the link between the Nordic business and the Bosch Power Tools headquarters in Leinfelden.
- Serving as a key user and expert in SAP and other business systems.
Qualifications :
To succeed in this role you have:
- A Bachelors degree in a relevant field or 3-4 years of relevant professional experience. A Masters degree is an advantage.
- Advanced Excel skills are required. Experience with SAP and Process Mining is an advantage.
- A genuine interest in technology and business systems with a willingness to develop your expertise in ERP CRM e-commerce and related systems.
- A customer-focused mindset combined with strong commercial awareness.
- Fluency in Danish is essential for this role. Proficiency in other Nordic languages will be considered a strong asset.
