Banquet Chef

At Admiral Hotel hospitality begins behind the scenes. More than 150 colleagues work together to create memorable experiences for our guests from restaurant service to conferences and events. To strengthen our kitchen team we are looking for an experienced Banquet Chef who thrives in a dynamic environment where planning teamwork and high-quality execution go hand in hand.

At Admiral Hotel we host everything from intimate dinners to large-scale events and banquets. Our kitchen combines classic craftsmanship with modern hospitality delivering memorable dining experiences with precision structure and attention to detail.

Who we are looking for

You are a perfect fit for the role if you:

• Have at least 5 years of experience as a chef including solid experience with banquets events or large-scale service.
• Are flexible regarding working hours as the role includes varying shifts depending on the banquet calendar.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and are confident coordinating and executing evening events together with the kitchen team.
• Have a strong understanding of classic cooking techniques and fundamental preparation methods.
• Value clear communication and are confident taking initiative when needed.
• Enjoy working independently with freedom under responsibility including preparation planning and execution when events are scheduled.
• Speak and write English fluently.
