Oscar Mobility is redefining car rental across Europe. With 600 locations across Denmark Netherlands Spain Germany Belgium and the US we are scaling fast and rewriting the rules of mobility.

Our asset-light data-driven platform enables car dealerships and workshops to unlock new revenue by turning idle vehicles into profitable rental services. We are a marketplace at our core: connecting supply with demand and growing both sides.

In Denmark we are now doubling down on B2B. Corporates SMBs and mid-market companies represent a major growth lever. We need the right person to own it.

The role

This is not a support role or an order-taking position. You will be Oscars primary commercial contact for B2B customers in Denmark: hunting new accounts building relationships with existing ones and defining the processes that make both repeatable.

You will work across the full commercial cycle: from identifying the right targets through winning them to making sure they grow with us over time. You will also be the main feedback loop between the market and the product: surfacing what customers need what is not working and what we should build next.

There is real autonomy here. You will shape how Oscar approaches B2B in Denmark. That means ownership and accountability.

Tasks

New business development

  • Identify qualify and close new B2B accounts prioritizing high-potential segments (e.g. logistics construction professional services) and focusing on long-term predictable revenue streams
  • Build outreach sequences pitch materials and a repeatable acquisition process from the ground up
  • Analyse which verticals regions and company profiles represent the best opportunity for Oscar. Go after them. Some deals are won face to face so get out of the office when it matters
  • Attend relevant industry events and use your network to open doors faster

Key account management

  • Take ownership of our existing B2B customers and build real commercial relationships where today there is mostly untapped potential
  • Reach out proactively understand how they use Oscar today and identify where they could get significantly more value
  • Own the commercial conversation with key accounts: pricing terms and fleet access. Find a way to make the deal work
  • Be someone customers trust when things go wrong and the one who follows up when things go right

Market intelligence & product feedback

  • Systematically collect and structure customer feedback: what they ask for what they push back on what is missing
  • Translate field insight into concrete input for the product and operations teams to sharpen our B2B offering and product-market fit

Internal bridge

  • Be the voice of the Danish B2B market internally. Flag risks surface opportunities and help leadership make better decisions.
  • Coordinate with location management and customer service to ensure key accounts receive a seamless end-to-end experience
  • Share learnings with counterparts across Oscars other markets (NL DE ES BE) to help build a pan-European B2B playbook

Requirements

Must-have

  • 36 years experience in B2B sales/AM with a background in car rental fleet or mobility
  • Fluent Danish: most customer interaction will be in Danish and understanding the local market matters
  • A fast mover: you make decisions with incomplete information act and adjust. You do not wait for the perfect plan.
  • Intrinsic motivation: you care about results not activity metrics. You are energised by closing and by building something that lasts

This is probably not the right role if

  • You need a detailed playbook before you can start. There is no playbook yet and building it is part of the job.
  • You prefer farming only - this role requires a genuine appetite for new business hunting.
  • You measure your own performance by calls made or emails sent (output) rather than accounts won and revenue grown (outcome)
