About the role

Maersk Air Cargo is seeking an Airworthiness Review Staff / Technical Records Engineer to cover the combined responsibilities of Airworthiness Review Staff (ARS) and Technical Records Engineerin a single integrated role.

The position plays a key role in ensuring continued airworthiness regulatory compliance and the integrity of aircraft records in accordance with EASA PartCAMOand the companys Continuing Airworthiness Management Exposition (CAME). The successful candidate will combine Airworthiness Review authority with ownership of technical records while actively contributing to aircraft transitions fleet projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.

This is a fully office-based role requiring on-site presence five days per week at the advertised location.

Key Responsibilities

Airworthiness Review Staff (ARS) Responsibilities

  • Perform Airworthiness Reviews(documentary and physical) in accordance with approved CAME procedures
  • Issue recommend and manage Airworthiness Review Certificates (ARC) including extensions where applicable
  • Ensure airworthiness reviews are conducted & verify continuing airworthiness compliance
  • Coordinate findings observations and corrective actions with Engineering Planning and Compliance Monitoring
  • Provide airworthiness expertise during audits authority oversight and internal compliance activities

Technical Records / Records Engineer Responsibilities

  • Own theintegrityandqualityof continuing airworthiness records across the Maersk Air Cargo fleet supporting operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure correct structure and traceability of records
  • Drive data quality and consistency across CAMO systems digital records platforms and archival solutions contributing to the continued development of Maersk Air Cargos airworthiness management environment.
  • Participate in aircraft leasein and leaseout projects fleet transitions and changes of aircraft registration as part of a dedicated crossfunctional team ensuring successful records integration and regulatory compliance.
  • Act as a key contributor during audits regulatory oversight activities and aircraft reviews ensuring records are inspection-ready and support efficient compliance demonstration.
  • Support the development and optimisation of technical records processes digital tools and airworthiness data management practices as the fleet and organisation continue to grow.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Eligible for approval as Airworthiness Review Staffunder EASA PartCAMO
  • EASA Part 66 AML or relevant engineering degree
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in continuing airworthiness.
  • Proven experience within continuing airworthiness management and technical records
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • EASA PartCAMO / PartM
    • Airworthiness Review and ARC processes
    • Maintenance Programs and AD management
  • Experience with CAMO IT systems (e.g. Flydocs CAMP or equivalent)
  • Highly structured detailoriented and auditexperienced
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively across Engineering Planning and Compliance functions
