PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Account Executive drives growth for NUORIs B2B channel combining new business development with management of an existing account portfolio. You identify open and close new spa clinic hotel and premium retail partnerships across markets while nurturing existing customers to keep them engaged and reordering. You take ownership of pipeline and sales targets working closely with the Head of Sales across markets. Growth is the number one priority in this role.
Tasks
New Business Development
- Convert new clinics spas retail partners hotels and wellness destinations across our focus markets
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities from first contact to signed account
- Proactively open new doors and create opportunities leveraging your existing network within skincare beauty wellness hospitality or premium retail
Account Management
- Manage a portfolio of existing accounts alongside your new business pipeline
- Build long-term relationships with customers and partners keeping them engaged and reordering
- Growing existing accounts by expanding assortment and increased sell-through
What you dont do
- Technical treatment training you will know skincare/product basics not the details in treatments
- Product development or supplier negotiations
- Warehouse operations inventory management or order fulfilment logistics
- Marketing social media content creation or other creative/brand aspects
- Commercial strategy or budget management (youll have input not ownership)
Requirements
- Competitive ambitious and motivated by results
- Thriving with a results-based compensation structure
- Extroverted enjoys meeting new people and a natural relationship builder
- Structured organized self-motivated and independent
- Comfortable opening new doors and creating opportunities from scratch
- Experience in B2B sales preferably within skincare beauty wellness hospitality or premium retail
- A background as a skin therapist or deep obsession with skincare is a strong advantage but not a requirement
- Ideally has an existing network within skincare beauty wellness hospitality or premium retail that could benefit NUORI
- Fluent in a Scandinavian language and in English; German is a strong advantage
- Drivers licence and comfortable travelling regularly
