About Dawson School
Dawson School, a K-12 independent school located just east of Boulder, is seeking Athletic Coaches for a variety of sports during the 2025–26 school year. Location: Dawson School, Lafayette, Colorado Start Date: August 1, 2025 (varies by sport) The role of our coaching staff is to motivate student-athletes by enhancing individual and team performance through effective training sessions, skill development, and positive mentorship. Qualifications -------------- * Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S. * A strong desire to mentor and work with middle and high school students * Ability to collaborate with the athletic department and school staff * Previous playing and/or coaching experience preferred * Strong knowledge of the sport * Positive attitude and excellent work ethic * Effective communication and teamwork skills Compensation ------------ * These are temporary, stipend-based positions * Stipend range: $1,500 to $2,000, commensurate with experience * These positions are not benefits-eligible How to Apply ------------ Interested candidates should apply online through the Dawson School website: www.dawsonschool.org( http://www.dawsonschool.org ).
