ISS STOXX is nowseekingto hire a specialist to join our Enterprise Risk Management team based in our Prague this role you will be part of an enthusiasticinternationaland diverse team that you can actively support beyond your own team boundaries. Your main task will be to supportISSSTOXX vendor risk management program and to activelyparticipatein vendor onboarding and monitoring. This position offers extensive growth opportunities both in terms of responsibilities and exposure.
The ideal candidate is willing to learn andpossessesan analytical and pragmatic mindset ability to work in a regulated environment and the capability to work independently witha supportif needed. Additionally the role includes active communication with stakeholders from first line business function andhigh-levelmanagement.
Cooperate with Purchasing and support onboarding of vendors
Perform risk assessment especially for critical and regulatory relevant vendors(with respect to Benchmark regulation ESG rating regulation and EU Green bondsregulation)
Coordinate review from other 2nd Line ofDefensefunctions and ensure approval from the management
Cooperate with business owners to collect monitoring results for critical and regulatory relevant vendors prepare monitoring reports and present to management
Administer vendor inventory and related documentation
Coordinate annual and ad-hoc reviews for selected vendors
Support updates of the risk management framework especially for third party risk management and outsourcing
Ensure review and update of internal control system for selected vendor management and purchasing
Help us analyze risk management data and support the enterprise risk management reporting
Use your communication skills to explain complex risk topics clearly and to the point towards a varied audience
Bachelors and/or masters degree
2-3 yearspreviousexperience in Risk Management Procurement or Purchasing
Experience working in a regulated environment
Good Excel skills including basic calculations pivot tables and reporting
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and/or external stakeholders and deliver on cross-functional projects
Ability to communicate clearly efficiently and professionally with stakeholders atdifferent levels including senior management
Independent working style with the confidence to take ownership of responsibilities and operate with limited day-to-day guidance
Strong attention to detail combined with a pragmatic approach to solving business issues
Critical thinking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines
Open-minded approach and willingness tothink outside the box
Fluency in English C1 level or above
Financial services experience
