Role Description:
This role is dedicated to advancing therapy management within the Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine lung cancer portfolio. As a field-based specialist the employee works directly with healthcare professionals ensuring they are well informed and confident in administering and managing treatment.
The role focuses on providing guidance and support throughout the patient treatment journey including sharing best practices to support optimal outcomes. Key responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact for healthcare professionals in matters related to treatment management facilitating educational sessions and contributing to projects and related activities in the area of therapy management.
The purpose of the Therapy Management Specialist is to maximize both short-term and long-term impact within the Czech Republic by coordinating and optimizing cross-functional collaboration among relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Its fully field based role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support HCPs with treatment management and share best practices
- Act as a main contact for therapy-related questions and support
- Deliver activities and therapy management initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HCPs and stakeholders
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support local strategy
- Support patient referral pathways and cooperation with key centers
- Ensure accurate documentation in CRM systems
- Follow all compliance ethical and legal standards
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Degree in life sciences or a healthcare-related field (preferred)
- Fluency in Czech (or Slovak) and English
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Experience in stakeholder or project management is an advantage
- Driving license (Category B) and willingness to travel frequently
This role requires frequent travel and flexibility to visit and support clinics on short notice as needs arise. Adaptability strong communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships with healthcare providers are essential for success in this role.
