Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to assess their needs design suitable integration architectures and ensure smooth incorporation into their network topology.
• Lead technical strategy in customer engagements by working closely with Sales Director Product and Engineering to tailor solutions.
• Deliver customer-facing technical presentations respond to RFIs/RFPs and run proofs-of-concept.
• Configure solutions for networks of all sizes identify potential issues and oversee successful implementation.
• Provide post-launch support maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
• Cooperate with Sales Director Customer Excellence Product Engineering teams and customers technical specialists to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Occasionally travel to client sites.
• Continuously learn grow and contribute to advancing our technical expertise.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Linux system administration.

• Solid technical understanding of internet protocols (hands-on experience with DNS protocol is a strong advantage).
• Proven experience in presales/technical consulting ability to lead presentations demos RFIs/RFPs and proofs-of-concept.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for different audiences.
• Solution-oriented mindset with solid problem-solving skills.
• Project management capabilities (planning coordination and execution).
• Ability to build trusted relationships with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Network Security solutions
• Docker.
• Scripting (Python. Bash).
• REST APIs.
• Network administration (routing switching firewalls).
• DNS Resolver technology (Knot Unbound PowerDNS etc.).
