Youll become part of our Recruitment team and get involved in the entire hiring process including:

• Creating and publishing job advertisements.
• Conducting candidate pre-screening interviews.
• Organising Assessment Centres and other interview types.
• Coordinating the recruitment process from start to finish.
• Supporting recruiters with day-to-day hiring activities throughout the season.

• Youll be based anywhere in Poland or in Prague or Brno.
• Youre not afraid of rolling up your sleeves and working in a fast-paced environment our peak season keeps us busy.
• Youre proactive curious and always looking for ways to improve things.
• Youre organised responsible and able to work independently.
• You communicate confidently in English an Polish its an essential part of working in our international team.
