Your area of work

Join our dynamic HR Global Service Center team dedicated to achieving excellence in administrative processes across various European locations. Our primary focus is on travel expense and time management but our responsibilities are diverse. As part of the Digitize HR initiative we contribute to various projects aimed at digitizing and automating processes and documents. You will be an integral part of our HR team in Prague supporting employee-related activities and ensuring the highest level of employee experience. You will collaborate with HR colleagues and employees from various locations serving as a primary contact for employees and providing administrative support in areas of business travel and reimbursement.

Your responsibilities

  • Execute excellence in processing travel and other expenses
  • Respond to employee queries promptly and effectively
  • Ensure proper documentation of HR processes and adherence to local policies and regulations
  • Conduct reporting activities
  • Active contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and digital solutions
  • Foster continuous improvement and development of operational procedures

Your profile

  • Reliable customer and team oriented approach
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficient in English communication (both spoken and written) knowledge of German is an advantage
  • Experience with SAP SAP Concur SAP Success Factors is an asset
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
