Job Description:

We are looking for a new team member to join us as an HR People Experience Operations Specialist. We are seeking a candidate with fluent German and English language skills who is passionate about delivering an excellent employee experience and ensuring high-quality HR operations.

The HR People Experience Operations Specialist is responsible for executing employee lifecycle transactions and maintaining workforce data across Workday and other connected HR systems. The role ensures the accuracy integrity and compliance of employee data while delivering a seamless experience to employees managers HR partners and other stakeholders.

The Specialist serves as a subject matter expert for assigned HR processes supports effective case resolution and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company policies local regulations and global process standards. The role also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives process optimization data quality and automation efforts.

Major Duties & Responsibilities
Case Management & Employee Lifecycle Operations
  • Execute and validate employee lifecycle transactions in Workday and related HR systems ensuring data accuracy completeness and compliance.

  • Process and support a variety of workforce administration activities including employee data changes job changes promotions organizational changes contingent worker management and employment documentation.

  • Prepare review and maintain HR documentation including employment contracts amendments.

  • Manage and resolve cases within case management platforms in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Proactively monitor workload identify potential issues and escalate complex or high-risk cases where appropriate.

  • Partner with employees managers payroll HR partners benefits teams and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate resolution of requests.

  • Ensure all transactions documentation and processes comply with company policies data privacy requirements and applicable local labor regulations.

  • Educate and guide customers on self-service capabilities and available HR services to improve the overall employee experience.

HR Data Governance & Compliance
  • Maintain the integrity accuracy and consistency of workforce data across HR systems.

  • Perform validation checks to ensure compliance with established HR data standards.

  • Support audit activities and documentation requirements by ensuring complete and accurate records.

  • Identify data quality issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes controls customer experience and service delivery.

  • Participate in process standardization automation digital transformation and system enhancement initiatives.

  • Maintain and update process documentation knowledge articles work instructions and training materials.

  • Contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning across the team.

  • Participate in projects testing activities and organizational initiatives as assigned.

  • Support achievement of operational performance metrics and customer satisfaction objectives.

Required Qualifications
Education
  • Associates Degree Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.

Experience
  • 13 years of experience in HR Operations Shared Services Workforce Administration Customer Operations or a similar environment.

  • Experience working with case management systems and high-volume transactional environments preferred.

Knowledge Skills & Abilities
  • Strong organizational analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

  • Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to interpret and follow policies procedures and compliance requirements.

  • Experience with Workday or other HRIS platforms is preferred.

  • Basic understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital collaboration tools.

  • Demonstrates an understanding of AI concepts and frameworks including awareness of responsible and ethical AI practices experience generating effective prompts to boost efficiency and productivity and awareness of AIs impact on the workforce.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes in an HR Shared Services environment.

  • Knowledge of workforce administration HR data management and HR systems.

  • Experience with Workday.

  • Experience participating in process improvement automation or transformation initiatives.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:
