What Youll Do

• Welcome guests with warmth professionalism and personality
• Manage spa reservations and appointment scheduling
• Handle guest check-in/check-out and process payments
• Provide information about spa treatments facilities and products
• Coordinate with therapists to optimize daily schedules
• Maintain accurate guest records while ensuring confidentiality
• Support retail sales of spa products
• Keep the reception and guest areas clean organized and inviting
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized service
• Resolve guest requests and concerns with a positive solution-focused approach

• Friendly outgoing personality with a passion for guest service
• Strong communication skills (Czech & English required)
• Organized detail-oriented and able to multitask -Professional appearance and positive attitude ---Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
