As a Sourcing Specialist in Sales & Marketing Procurement youll support the production value chain behind marketing materials while helping connect business needs market insights and supplier partnerships across the LEGO Group.
The Sales & Marketing Procurement team supports commercial activity across marketing services and marketing materials working closely with colleagues across markets channels procurement legal and finance to turn plans into execution.
Your work will help develop sourcing plans strengthen supplier partnerships and support both regional and global opportunities while contributing to a scalable supply base that can build rebuild and inspire. Together well share ideas learn from one another and keep discovering better ways to support the business.
This position is based in LEGO Manufacturing Kladno offering an exciting inspiring and flexible work environment and a little fun play as well!
- Shape category sourcing plans using business priorities market insights and supplier opportunities.
- Build and manage supplier relationships through contracting negotiations performance reviews and risk management.
- Partner with product teams to bring supplier perspectives into early project development and optimization decisions.
- Deliver forecasting activities that secure the right capacities and capabilities across the supply base.
- Support innovation and digitalization initiatives while collaborating with colleagues across regions and categories.
We are looking for a preferred candidate that holds a degree in Procurement Supply Chain or another field related to the role or equivalent experience and are a strategic thinker and collaborative person.
- Experience in procurement or sourcing within marketing materials or a related category.
- Comfortable managing projects navigating change and turning data into practical actions.
- Collaborative approach with a focus on internal customer relationships and delivering quality outcomes.
- Experience working in global organizations with colleagues and suppliers across multiple locations.
- Advanced English both written and verbally are needed since we are an international gathered team.
Nice to Have:
- Able to work independently while contributing actively to team goals and discussions.
- Familiarity with SAP and procurement-related systems.
This role works closely with product owners engineers designers and supplier partners while supporting both regional and global sourcing activities. Success is measured through productive collaboration commercial delivery governance compliance and thoughtful attention to detail.
