SMM Manager

Traffic Label is a fast-growing data-driven technology company operating in the iGaming and affiliate marketing industry. We build scalable products focused on performance analytics automation and intelligent customer engagement across multiple brands and global markets.

We are looking for a creative and proactive middle-level SMM Manager to join our team in Prague.

The main focus of this role will be managing and growing our Telegram presence alongside Instagram Facebook X and Discord. You will also help develop our early-stage SMM strategy and turn it into a clear and effective plan.

This is an opportunity to bring new ideas experiment with content formats and take ownership of our social media activities.

• Manage Telegram Instagram Facebook X and Discord.

• Develop and implement our SMM strategy.

• Create content plans and manage publishing schedules.

• Produce engaging content for different platforms.

• Follow trends platform updates and algorithm changes.

• Work with the design team to produce visual and video content.

• Create and adapt short-form videos using traditional and AI-powered tools.

• Engage with our online communities.

• Monitor results and improve content based on performance data.

• Suggest new ideas campaigns and content formats.

• Middle-level experience in SMM.

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and algorithms.

• Hands-on experience with Telegram and other relevant social platforms.

• Creative and proactive approach to content.

• Experience creating or coordinating video content.

• Understanding of content planning and social media analytics.

• Familiarity with Publer Figma Opus Canva Sprout Social Runway or similar tools.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership.

• Conversational English.

• Czech would be an advantage.

• Gambling or iGaming experience is highly desirable but not essential.

• Salary: HPP employment contract CZK gross per month or approximately gross per year.

• Office-based / hybrid setup in Prague.
